Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The order was not delivered within the committed timeline.

  • A technical error occurred on our part, and no engagement was delivered.

  • The service was accidentally purchased multiple times.


Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The service was completed as described (including partial delivery due to video restrictions).

  • The YouTube video was deleted, made private, or restricted during the campaign.

  • The channel violated YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service during the promotion.


🕒 Refund Request Window:

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.
Please include your Order ID and the reason for the request when contacting us.
