All services offered by Krishna Digital Media — including views, subscribers, watch time, video promotion, and monetization assistance — are digital and delivered electronically.
Once the campaign begins and impressions or engagement are generated, the service is considered non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before the campaign is activated or within 1 hour of purchase.

• Once the service has started, it becomes ineligible for cancellation or return.

• No returns or refunds will be made if a video or channel is deleted, set to private, or restricted after placing an order.
